It is a privilege of a versatile percussionist to blend in with various musicians quite quickly and easily. The job of providing the floor to groove on without having to be center stage, or only having to create a curtain of atmosphere, suits my nature very organically. All is timing and sensitivity, from driving drum grooves to the single ring of a tiny bell.
